Elegant Entrance Iron Doors
At Elegant Entrance, we take pride in the craftsmanship and durability of our iron doors. We stand behind the quality of our work and offer the following warranty coverage:

Paint Finish Warranty – 2 Years

We warrant that the painted finish on our hand-forged iron doors will not peel, blister, or fail due to poor workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the original delivery or pickup date of your order.

Welds & Structural Integrity – 5 Years

We also warrant that the welds on our doors will be free from workmanship defects that would affect the ordinary, intended use of the door for a period of five (5) years from the date of delivery or pickup.

Repair Coverage Limits

If any door is found by Elegant Entrance to have workmanship defects covered under this policy, we will cover repair costs up to a total of $500. This limit applies in total, not per incident or issue. Any repair costs beyond this amount are the customer’s responsibility.

What Is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal aging or wear and tear due to use or environmental exposure
  • Variations in texture, color, or finish that are part of the handcrafted nature of our products
  • Doors marked “as-is” or final sale
  • Locks and locking mechanisms (these are covered by their respective manufacturers, such as Emtek)
  • Glass components
  • Damage resulting from improper installation or maintenance
  • Damage occurring during shipping (see shipping policy for carrier liability)

    Doors exposed to direct water contact (such as being washed with a garden hose) are considered improperly maintained. Our warranty will not apply in such cases. While our doors are galvanized, they are not storm-rated, and we recommend our optional Thermal Break feature for homes in extreme climates to enhance insulation against heat or cold.
Installation & Maintenance Requirements

This warranty is valid only if the doors are installed, used, and maintained according to Elegant Entrance’s installation and care guidelines.

  • Damage such as bubbling paint, bowing, or scratches around the lock area typically indicates poor installation and is not covered.
  • Installation and cleaning instructions are available upon request or can be found on our website.
Shipping-Related Damage

Please note: damage occurring during shipping is not covered under this warranty. While we take every step to securely package and inspect our products before they leave our facility, we use third-party freight carriers for delivery. Claims for shipping damage should be made directly with the carrier upon delivery.
