Whether it’s a custom build or a stock item, we take pride in delivering durable, beautiful iron doors that meet the highest standards. Our goal is to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase, and we go above and beyond to make that happen. While our policies are designed to protect both your investment and our team’s hard work, we remain committed to fair, transparent, and respectful service in every situation.

General Policy

Because our products are custom-built and made-to-order, all sales are considered final once production has begun. We do not offer refunds for custom orders after confirmation and payment.

Custom Orders (Non-Refundable)

Custom sizes, designs, finishes, swing direction, or glass types cannot be returned or refunded once approved and paid.
Deposits for custom doors are non-refundable after 48 hours of purchase, as fabrication and material acquisition begins promptly.

Stock Items

For standard-size or in-stock items:

You may request a return within 15 days of delivery.
Products must be uninstalled, unused, and in original condition and packaging.
A 25% restocking fee will apply.
All returned products must be insured through your shipping carrier. Refunds will not be issued if the product(s) is damaged during transit and the claim must be made with the shipping carrier.
Refunds will be issued only after inspection and approval.

Damage in Transit

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping:

Report the damage within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@wedodoor.com with photos.
We will either replace the product, repair or issue a refund, depending on the situation and product availability.
Do not discard packaging or crate until we resolve the claim.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
